This contribution will work, no doubt, to the necessary integral planning, allowing both the expected connectivity and development that are the natural product of the paving of a road. The Chaco region of Argentina, has traditionally been delayed socially and geographically. Now, it is the current scenario of a process of colonization and changing land use that is unprecedented. The World Bank and other national and international agencies support the objectives of the Chaco Province and Federal Government's strategy of socioeconomic development and preservation of the environment. In this context, the proposal will facilitate the development of a landscape conservation in a pilot area of the Chaco province, and transfer the experience to development-related institutions of road works and natural resource management. Mostrar menos -
